KCD Sofia 2026

KCD Sofia 2026 is a community-driven event focused on real-world applications of Kubernetes and the cloud-native ecosystem. Taking place on 29 September 2026 at the Sofia Event Center, the conference features over 10 talks from engineers and leaders who run Kubernetes in production. The event emphasizes learning from practitioners, seeing actual production setups, and fostering meaningful connections during extended networking breaks.

Attendees can expect sessions on Kubernetes, eBPF, GitOps, observability, security, and platform engineering. The agenda includes live demos and short workshops designed to deliver actionable insights. With a hard cap of 600 attendees, the event ensures an intimate and productive environment in line with CNCF Tier 2 guidelines.

The conference is organized by a team of CNCF Ambassadors and supported by community partners including CNCF and IBM. Although registration and ticketing are closed for 2026, the agenda and speaker lineup remain available for review. The event is fully accessible, located on the top floor of the Paradise Center mall with step-free access and wheelchair-friendly facilities.
