DevFest KC 2026

DevFest is a global, community-driven tech conference organized by Google Developer Groups (GDG) around the world. DevFest KC is proudly hosted by GDG Kansas City and brings together developers, technologists, and industry professionals for a day of learning, collaboration, and innovation. The event is tailored to the interests of the local developer community, featuring sessions and workshops on a wide range of technologies with an emphasis on Google developer tools and platforms.

Attendees can expect a full day of engaging content, starting with check-in and opening remarks, followed by technical sessions, workshops, and ample opportunities for networking. Lunch, coffee, water, and light snacks will be provided throughout the day. The event concludes with closing remarks and special giveaways.

While Google sponsors the event, DevFest KC remains community-led and non-profit. All proceeds from ticket sales support the event and other GDG Kansas City initiatives throughout the year. Held at the University of Missouri-Kansas City (UMKC) Volker Campus, the venue offers convenient weekend parking and a welcoming environment for tech enthusiasts of all backgrounds.
