DDD Perth 2026

DDD Perth is Perth's largest community-run conference for the tech community. Our goal is to create an approachable event that appeals to the whole community, especially people who don't normally get to attend or speak at conferences. The conference is held on a Saturday to improve accessibility and strives to be inclusive of everyone in the Perth tech ecosystem.

Originally part of the Developer! Developer! Developer! series, DDD Perth began as a developer-focused event but has evolved to welcome all tech professionals—including designers, data scientists, DevOps engineers, testers, and architects. Today, DDD is not treated as an acronym, but reflects the diversity of roles in modern software development.

The event features a community-driven agenda shaped by attendee voting, workshops to help aspiring speakers prepare talks and bios, and a strong commitment to inclusion and affordability. DDD Perth acknowledges the Whadjuk people of the Noongar Nation as the traditional custodians of the land on which the conference is held, and pays respect to their Elders past, present, and emerging.
