BeyondConf is designed for people doing the real work with AI—leaders, technologists, and practitioners who are ready to move beyond the hype. Every session is led by practitioners who have shipped, scaled, or stopped AI initiatives, offering honest insights without vendor pitches or flashy demos. The conference features four tracks: Ethics & Sustainability, How It Works, From Experience, and Looking Forward, each addressing different aspects of real-world AI implementation.

Attendees can expect a full day of focused content with 45-minute sessions designed to be accessible across skill levels and domains. Doors open at 8:30 AM, with the program running from 9 AM to 6 PM, followed by an evening reception. With only 250 seats available, the event emphasizes intimacy and meaningful interaction. There are no recordings—the full experience is in-person only.

The venue, The Department at Hudson's Detroit, is a brand-new, 75,000 sq ft event space in downtown Detroit, offering modern facilities and skyline views. Located at 1000 Nick Gilbert Way, it's within walking distance of major hotels and provides an ideal setting for deep engagement and collaboration.
