AlligatorCon Europe 2026

AlligatorCon Europe 2026, held in Kraków, Poland at Pierogiland in the Kapelanka neighborhood, is a clandestine gathering of hackers, rebels, and digital outlaws returning in October 2026. Since its inception in 2015, the event has operated under strict rules: no sponsors, no sellouts, and above all — you do not talk about AlligatorCon. This year marks the rebirth of hacking, the reclaiming of packets, and the revival of computers that actually work. The conference spans three days, with October 1 dedicated to workshops and October 2–3 hosting the main program.

The event is 100% free and invite-only, with entry obtained through returning attendee tokens, successfully hacking the registration system, bribes (framed as 'donations'), or being accepted as a speaker. Talks are expected to be technical, chaotic, and defiant of traditional conference norms — with bonus points for live demos, code, and mayhem. Speakers present under pseudonyms such as IRC nicks or Mastodon handles, never real names.

Attendees are warned: no cameras or recordings are allowed without explicit consent, and discussing classified talk content after the event results in a permanent ban. Organized by Kurwa Małpka, Count Crapula, and The Face Dancer, AlligatorCon thrives on OPSEC, anti-commercialism, and a deep-rooted hacker ethos. Venue and party locations are only revealed to invited participants at the last possible moment.
